Nose to the grindstone!

I AM BRILLIANTTTTTTTTTT

Or at least that is what I tell myself when I sit down to work.
I've been filled with creative energy lately, and full of inspiration to entire the world of fashion illustration. Grant Cowan has really opened my eyes in a way- I was reading his book and I just thought 'I want to do that, more than anything else in the world." I have a lot to learn and a long way to go, but I've realised that fashion illustration lies pretty much smack dab in the middle of everything I love- so I'm going to go do it!!!
I did a rehaul of my website last night too, just to catch up on what I've loved that I've done recently. I'm in a go-places do-things mood!

Tired xD School has taken a lot out of me- I haven't really been able to do any finished pieces that aren't school-related. I'm glad to have everything out of the way now though, I've got a lot of pieces I want to do for Christmas presents. I had a really nice one that my cat spilled water on ;__; totally ruined it, so I'm bummed about that.

GAHHHHHHHH yeah so I fail at answering on time, as per usual. hdajlkf

I've been fine, I guess, suffice to say. I really need to start doing stuff again though, am doing far too little for my own good.

But yeah, ... that's really just about it ,__,~


So, what made you decide to start up hats/quilting/n all that?~
N, seeing as how it's been *cough*roughlyamonth*cough*, ... how are you doing? (again lol))
More ... uhh... what's that word I'm looking for... notprocrastinating than I, lol. (... no that's not quite the word I was looking for, but i"m a bit jetlagged so it will have to do!

You've done a TON of work for that tournament though- those take a lot of energy and planning to complete @o@


For the quilts, I dunno, I just thought it would be a fun project for my silkscreen final. The hats leaped up after I saw this tutorial [link] I figured it'd be a good christmas present for my sister, plus I enjoy my time with my sewing machine c:

I've been alright healthwise- I've experienced in the past week a flare-up with my colitis x_x It's pretty badly timed considering that I start work next week, so I'm not exactly thrilled. I'm really pleased with my schooling this year, it's such a crazy amount of fun work, I'm thrilled to be doing it for the rest of my life C:

I've had some great ideas for Anamira's footwear recently >o> I'll pop those up in scraps soon
